Pillars

  • Worship
  • Ministry
  • Evangelism
  • Fellowship
  • Discipleship

Commitment

  • 1. To Share the Good News of Christ
  • Christ came to seek and save the lost. We will follow his footsteps in reaching out to the lost though our personal and corporate witness. We believe Jesus is the only way for Salvation and all people in the world need to hear of the saving Grace of Christ. Our Mission and Evangelism strategies will aim at reaching people for Christ.
    Matthew 28:18-21

  • 2. Honouring God in worship
  • We value worship that glorifies God and engages the heart, mind and emotions of the people. We acknowledge Christ as the centre of our public worship and our private devotion. We will live our faith in the Market place as an act of Worship.
    Romans 12:1-2

  • 3. Intentional discipleship and Biblical Teaching.
  • We strive to help people in their desire to be wholly devoted followers of Christ. We will teach God’s word with Integrity and authority for it is the foundation of spiritual growth. Through mentoring groups, we will intentionally inspire each other to live out our faith in Christ.
    2 Timothy 3:16, John 8:31-32

  • 4. Authentic community of Believers
  • We value unity in the body of Christ and are committed to make AIC Milimani a place where every one will sense acceptance, hope, comfort and healing in their lives. We will reject any type of divisive classification along racial, ethnic, tribal, gender or cultural difference. We all belong to Christ and to each other.
    Acts 2:44-46

  • 5. Excellence in our service to God and His People
  • We embrace faithful stewardship of all our resources including time, infrastructure and money. We will use the resources for God’s mission in Ministering to his people. We will reach out to the hurting, the oppressed, the poor, marginalised and all that need the embracing harm of Christ. Our social justice/benevolence ministry will work in collaboration with other like minded organisations in achieving this goal.
