Biography

Rev. Stephen Munyambu, fondly called “Simba,” serves as the Deputy Senior Pastor of AIC Milimani, providing visionary leadership, spiritual oversight, and impactful preaching. He works closely with the Senior Pastor and pastoral team to guide worship, pastoral care, and church growth initiatives.

Before transitioning to full‑time ministry, Stephen served as a high school teacher, equipping him with strong communication, mentorship, and disciple‑making skills. He brings these gifts into his ministry, investing deeply in discipleship and leadership development across generations. 

Stephen is known for his biblical clarity and deeply pastoral preaching, where he emphasizes Kingdom truths, reverence, and personal transformation. His ministry is grounded in building mature believers through teaching, mentoring, and pastoral presence, guiding congregants to live lives of spiritual integrity and service.

Rev. Munyambu is married to Zipporah , and together they have raised two sons, Prince and Presley, in the ways of the Lord.
