Pastoral Team
The church is led by the Pastoral Team, including the Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Stephen Mairori, and Deputy Senior Pastor, Rev. Stephen Munyambu, along with Associate Pastors. The Local Church Council (LCC) assists the pastoral team and provides strong governance, oversight, and financial transparency. The church also has dedicated administrative and support staff, including accountants, administrators, drivers, janitors, caretakers, receptionists, and executive assistants.

Rev. Dr. Stephen Kiptoem Mairori, EBS, is the Senior Pastor of AIC Milimani Nairobi and a respected voice in Christian leadership within Kenya and beyond. He holds distinguished academic credentials, significant leadership roles in national and international ministries, and a reputation for biblical preaching and governance.
Rev. Stephen Munyambu
Deputy Senior Pastor
Rev. Stephen Munyambu is the Deputy Senior Pastor at AIC Milimani Nairobi, known for his passion for preaching, mentorship, and intergenerational impact. A former high school teacher, he has a reputation as a dedicated shepherd and mentor, affectionately known as “Simba” among close friends.
Rev. Sylvester Kirwa
Missions Pastor
Rev. Sylvester Kirwa is the Missions Pastor at AIC Milimani Nairobi and acting Administrator.
As a first-class FIFA referee, Rev. Kirwa balances pastoral calling with elite sportsmanship; he ministers with clarity, courage, and discipline, encouraging believers to embrace purpose and God’s calling with boldness.
Rev. Luke Odhiambo
Youth Pastor
Rev. Dr. Luke Odhiambo Awino, PhD, is the Senior Youth Pastor at AIC Milimani Nairobi and an alumnus of Scott Christian University. Dr. Luke also serves on the National Governing Council of FOCUS Kenya, contributing to student ministry and church engagement networks across the nation.
Pr. Emmanuel Kipkemboi
Teens Pastor
Pastor Emmanuel Kipkemboi is a passionate Bible expositor and youth pastor at AIC Milimani Nairobi. He leads the teens’ ministry, discipling the next generation toward spiritual maturity. He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Scott Christian University and is currently pursuing a Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Pr. Rachael Kisyula
Children's Pastor
Pastor Rachel Kisyula is a passionate, creative, and visionary Christian educator and church leader with a unique calling to serve women and children. Born into a pastor’s family, married to a pastor, and a pastor herself, her life is steeped in faith and ministry. Rachel is married to Rev., and together they are blessed with two young boys.

Rev. Matthew Okeyo
Associate Pastor
Rev. Matthew Okeyo serves as Associate Pastor at AIC Milimani Nairobi and as the Executive Director of Africa Inland Child and Community Agency for Development (AICCAD), fostering holistic transformation through gospel ministry and community development. He is known for his biblically grounded preaching, mission-driven leadership, and compassionate service to vulnerable children, youth, and widows. Rev. Okeyo is also the patron of the Glorious Marriages Ministry, targeting couples who have been married for more than 15 years.

He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Association for Christian Theological Education in Africa (ACTEA), where he strengthens theological institutions across the continent through accreditation, research, and capacity building.
