Teens Ministry
The Teen’s Ministry at AIC Milimani is a beacon of growth and spiritual development, specifically for young people aged 13 to 19. Led by Pastor Emmanuel Kipkemboi, the ministry profoundly impacts lives through thoughtful and engaging programs. It aims to nurture young people in their faith and personal development, helping them move beyond misconceptions about salvation and biblical teachings through regular services, camps, and gatherings. Testimonies highlight the ministry’s effectiveness in deepening understanding of Scripture, such as clarifying that salvation is attained through faith alone.
The ministry plays a crucial role in helping teens discover and develop their talents. Activities like Pamoja Gala, Teen’s’ Sundays, and Tamasha Camps provide platforms to enhance skills such as public speaking, leading services, and participating in events. Teens are encouraged to use their spiritual gifts for service in God’s kingdom. The ministry also fosters wise friendships and mentorship, creating a supportive network where peers encourage faith and challenge one another.
Mentors, including pastors like Pastor Josiah and Pastor Emmanuel Kipkemboi, provide spiritual guidance and personal support, making a significant difference in teens’ lives. The Teen’s Ministry was established early in the church’s history to cater specifically to the unique needs of this age group. It remains a vital part of the church, dedicated to nurturing young people, preparing them for a future rooted in faith and service.
