Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry at AIC Milimani plays a vital role in guiding and nurturing women, fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and personal development. Led by Pastor Rachel Kisyula and Chairlady Caroline Kiprop, along with a dedicated team, the ministry is driven by its mission to Embrace, Empower, and Elevate women for greater Kingdom impact.

The ministry has achieved significant milestones in recent years. They conducted successful missions and evangelism outreach to needy communities. Innovative programs have been introduced to meet diverse needs. These include structured Ushirika wa Wake Wakristo fellowship and training, and tailored mentorship groups like Hadassah (young ladies), Women of Valour (married), Abigails (seasoned wives), Honourable (widows), Hephzibah (single parents), Restored to Shine (separated/divorced), and Hannah’s (mothers in waiting). The ministry also promotes holistic well-being through health and wellness initiatives like medical camps, aerobics, and prayer retreats. Spiritual growth is fostered through structured Bible study sessions, intercessory prayer, and annual prayer and fasting retreats.

The ministry leverages technology with online platforms, live streaming, and a WhatsApp group for connection. Partnerships with other churches and organizations locally and internationally have enriched the ministry. The Women’s Ministry’s commitment to empowering and elevating women aligns with Ephesians 4:12, aiming to equip them for works of service so the body of Christ can be built up.
