Rev. Dr. Stephen Mairori serves as the Senior Pastor at AIC Milimani in Nairobi, guiding the congregation with visionary leadership grounded in biblical truth and practical discipleship.
Biography
Rev. Dr. Stephen Mairori brings over two decades of experience in pastoral ministry, organizational governance, and leadership development. Serving as Senior Pastor at AIC Milimani, he has provided spiritual direction and strategic oversight during pivotal seasons of church growth and renewal.
He holds a Master of Divinity from Fresno Pacific Seminary (California, USA), a Bachelor of Arts from Global University (USA), and has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Ministry by Georgia Central University (USA). He has also participated extensively in leadership and governance training at both national and international levels.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Dr. Mairori serves as National Director for Kenya with International Christian Ministries and holds regional leadership roles with Global Leadership Network (USA) and Walk Thru the Bible (USA). He is also known for his leadership on various government and non-government boards, including NACADA, KIRDI, and KIPPRA, where he has chaired key committees in finance, audit, and human resources. He is the Co-founder of Restore a Dream Africa, a charitable organization that supports vulnerable children, youth, and families through mentorship, education, and spiritual formation at Mt. Elgon Region. Through this initiative, Dr. Mairori combines his pastoral mission with a practical response to social injustices affecting the next generation.
Dr. Mairori is married to Roselyne and together they are blessed with three children.
